How do I Schedule an Appointment?
All payments for CCEW services must be paid in full, in advance, on our secure FAU Marketplace website. All payments are processed online. Only web checks and credit card purchases are accepted. Additional sessions and packages may be purchased in the same manner. Clients are not to pay the director, manager, or the consultants directly. Please address all billing questions to the manager, or contact us.
Steps for Purchasing Single Sessions and Packages
- If purchasing a single session: Contact the CCEW Manager by phone (561-406-8338) or email. If the manager is not available to answer the phone, please leave a voicemail including your name, phone number, and reason for calling. The manager will make every effort to respond to your message in a timely manner. During your phone conversation, she will discuss the policies and procedures, check consultant availability, and refer you to our "Consulting Services Agreement" (which must be filled out and sent back prior to the first consulting session). Once she has confirmed the date and time for you appointment, you may pay for your sessions at the CCEW Marketplace.

The manager will make every effort to respond to your message in a timely manner, and will discuss the details of the diagnostic process with you, as well as refer you to our "Consulting Services Agreement" . Then, she will direct you to the CCEW Marketplace website to make your first payment and schedule an appointment. During the diagnostic in-take consultation, the manager will review the results of your writing sample analysis and diagnostic assessment, and will discuss the details of the writing consultation services with you. Should you decide to go forward and purchase a package, the manager help you select an appropriate package that best suits your needs. You will be able to pay for the selected package on-site during the time of the in-take consultation. If you bring your own computer or want to use your smart phone, you may use it to make your purchase. Alternatively, you may use one of the CCEW computers.
