Trecia began her career in the financial services industry, managing mid to ultra-high networth portfolios. She later transitioned to public service and has never left. Her dedication to the field has led her to teach finance and business courses at several higher education institutions. Trecia is currently serving her fifth term on the Community and Budget Advisory Board for the city she resides in and is a member of Pi Alpha Alpha. She holds a Master of Business Administration, has completed post graduate studies in accounting, and is currently a Ph.D. student majoring in financial administration and budgeting. Trecia leads the Treasury department, which comprises Cash Management, Cashiers and Settlement.

Gracia joined the FAU Cashier’s department in January 2020. Due to her hard work, she was promoted to Supervisor of the department. Gracia is a seasoned professional with nearly two decades of experience in financial management and client service, including eight years at the Palm Beach County Constitutional Tax Collector. She is currently responsible for cashier accounting operations at FAU. Gracia holds an associate degree and will receive her bachelor’s degree in public management from FAU in Summer 2024.

Her career began in the financial sector, specifically in retail banking, where she found her passion and pursued further studies majoring in Accounting Management and Banking, becoming a proud Eagle alumnus. With over 20 years’ experience in the finance industry, Valdassah has excelled in various leadership and management positions both domestically and internationally, showcasing her dedication and expertise in retail and private banking operations. She aims to enhance her accounting and financial reporting knowledge, as well as continue her academic journey.
			Maria Clarke Cashier Accounting Specialist Telephone: +1(561) 297-2419 Email: clarkem@bjtvalve.com Maria joined the FAU Cashier’s Office in July 2022 as an Accounting Specialist.  She has over 30 years of experience in the financial service industry, building strong client relationships in domestic and international operations. Maria has held previous accounting roles at Spirit Airlines, Microsoft, Dow Jones & Co., and Manufacturers Hanover Trust. Her responsibilities include ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payments for students and internal departments.
