The collaboration focuses on adaptive reuse of vacant buildings for housing, offering innovative design solutions. FAU students have developed a guidebook to identify suitable properties and created architectural proposals for South Florida, leveraging the state's new Live Local Act. This initiative aims to inspire sustainable, affordable housing models across the U.S.
